I have my courses in Moodle, why do I need to have a Plone page as well?

,

Moodle is a password protected environment for student Learning, Plone is a place for parents to find information on their child’s learning/classroom links etc.  If courses are all in Moodle, that should be indicated on the Plone landing page, as parents are not able to log into Moodle to look around without their child’s present.

The school website is the primary public “go to” place for parents to find information.  They should be able to locate information that they are looking for quickly and easily.
